Willie has dedicated his life-long career to serving young people through many organizations that are dedicated to youth apprenticeships and youth education mentoring programs.  With over 20+ years of organizing, leading creative and successful youth programs around some of the most critical challenges that youth struggle with today. Willie’s organizational leadership and critical coaching skills have enabled him to address “at-risk youth” by helping them enhance their potential for developing a sense of accomplishment, confidence, belonging, usefulness, and influence.
