Our Lincoln Elementary Club site officially opened for the 2025-2026 school year! We’re excited to serve elementary school youth within the Palatine area, creating a safe and fun space for learning, growth, and new opportunities right after school. This site allows us to reach even more families and continue building brighter futures for our members every day.

School Year Hours: Monday – Thursday 3:05 – 6:00 pm, and Friday 2:15 – 5:00 pm

Jair Smith
Site Director
Jair is a dedicated youth development professional and educator currently serving as Site Director at Lincoln Elementary School for Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northwest Suburbs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida State College at Jacksonville, providing a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and organizational management. With extensive experience in after-school programming and student engagement, Jair is passionate about creating safe, structured, and enriching environments for young people. He has a proven ability to lead teams, build meaningful relationships with families, and develop programs that support academic success, character development, and community involvement. Jair also has a strong passion for both traditional sports and esports, recognizing their value in building teamwork, discipline, and engagement among youth.
