Meadowdale Club Site
Our Meadowdale Elementary Club site officially opened for the 2013-2014 school year! We’re excited to serve elementary school youth in the Carpentersville community, creating a safe and fun space for learning, growth, and new opportunities right after school. This site allows us to reach even more families and continue building brighter futures for our members every day.

Adriana Garay
Site Director
Adriana Garay has been part of BGC for the past five years. Since August of 2023, she has served as the Site Director at Meadowdale Elementary, where every day brings a new adventure. Adriana has a genuine love for working with kids and is passionate about creating a space where members feel safe, supported, and excited to learn, try new things, and be themselves. Whether she’s planning activities, cheering kids on during a challenge, or running around back and forth, Adriana is committed to making sure every child feels seen, heard, and valued.
Over the years, she’s learned that working with kids means always being ready for just about anything. She believes Club should be a place where kids can grow, build confidence, and create memories they’ll carry with them for years. Her dedication, creativity, and sense of humor help make the club experience both meaningful and fun for her members. For Adriana, there’s no better job than getting to laugh, learn, and grow alongside her members every single day.
