I’m thankful that we were offered the opportunity to attend the class on helping to build self-esteem in our children through our local Boys and Girls Club with Ms. Betancourt.  So many practical ways to help our kids grow were given.  There was something for everyone, and the conversation around what self-esteem is and the authenticity of the meeting was very engaging.  I realized that I take this concept for granted, but I shouldn’t!  It was a session everyone can benefit from attending!!  Thanks for offering it.
